Lighter machine-label rendering

Reduced repeated machine-label drawing during normal Floor Plan zoom with bounded display-only caches. At high zoom labels return to vector rendering to preserve clarity; machine positions and cloud records are unchanged.

Fixperformance

Smoother busy Floor Plans

Separated the plan background, machine footprints and active drag into coordinated canvas layers, skipped distant off-screen footprints during navigation, and reduced repeated Buffer checks during dragging. These are display-only optimisations; saved positions, scale and cloud data are unchanged.

Featurerelease

Shipment archive stages

Organised physical shipment machines into In Shipping, Arrived and Located views. Stage labels are derived from Shipment status and the machine's assigned warehouse or store, so located units leave the default active queue while partial shipments stay correctly split by machine.

Featurefeature

Scrollable, reorderable venue list

The venue directory now scrolls independently when it exceeds the workspace height. Drag venues to change their order; the preference is saved in this browser, and dropping a venue into the other group also updates its Warehouse or Store Venue category.

Featuretrackpad

Trackpad navigation in Floor Plans

Pinch directly on the map to zoom around the gesture location, and scroll with two fingers to pan without selecting the Hand tool. Gesture updates are combined once per frame; machine positions and map calibration stay unchanged. Mouse dragging, toolbar zoom and the side-panel scroll behavior remain available.

Fixperformance

Rhodes Floor Plan interaction performance

Improved busy Floor Plans by updating only the machines affected by hover or selection, indexing machine lookups, and keeping card-size listeners attached during pan and zoom. A 123-machine comparison confirmed that panning no longer rerenders every machine or rebuilds all card listeners. Selection, dragging, zoom, connections and undo were checked in an isolated workspace.

Fixrelease

Receive confirmation button visibility

Restored the visible purple confirmation button in Receive & Allocate and returned the machine selection checkboxes to a compact, readable size.

Fixrelease

Versioned catalog image replacement

Replacing a machine image now writes a new versioned Storage object and removes the previous object, preventing browser or CDN caching from restoring the old image after refresh.

Fixrelease

Catalog image deletion authority

A deliberately cleared machine image now stays empty after refresh. Cloud hydration no longer falls back to stale Storage files, and replacement/removal cleans only that model's known image objects.

Fixrelease

Visual Panel subject framing

Visual machine cards now trim transparent or white source margins before rendering, then use a taller adaptive viewport so the complete machine remains visible while the subject fills the card more clearly.

Fixrelease

Resilient shipment image upload

Shipment creation now shows bounded Preparing, Uploading image and Creating shipment stages, retries only transient Storage failures, and offers Retry, Continue without image or Cancel instead of leaving the modal frozen.

Fixrelease

Canonical shipment status values

Aligned Shipment status controls with the database contract. User-facing labels remain readable while RPC values always use ORDERED, IN_PRODUCTION, IN_SHIPMENT, ARRIVED or CLOSED.

Fixrelease

Shipment failure diagnostics

Shipment creation now logs the structured database code, message, details and hint for development diagnosis while keeping the on-screen failure message concise.

Fixrelease

Transactional shipment creation and global codes

Shipment creation now commits its shipment, catalog models, physical units and line items atomically. Automatic physical-machine codes are allocated under one shared database lock across Shipments, copies and Floor Plan additions.

Feature20e3a380

New machine creation in Shipments

Shipment intake now creates new catalog models and incoming physical units with a machine image, type, dimensions and quantity. Incoming units remain unassigned and outside all Floor Plans until received and allocated.

Fix7e47b370

Full Store plan clearance

Refined responsive side-rail spacing so the more compact card layout preserves a clear buffer around the floor-plan boundary.

Fixcc880833

Full Store edge-safe previews

Moved side image rails closer to the plan with responsive spacing and made edge previews expand inward, keeping enlarged machines fully visible.

Feature5c553938

Full Store active-machine labels

Hovering or selecting a machine image or its map footprint now reveals the full machine name in a high-contrast label.

Fix89733889

Full Store connector layering

Placed the global machine-card rail above its map connectors, ensuring selected and enlarged machine previews remain clear and unobstructed.

Fix72fc5fc3

Full Store transform stability

Removed transient card repositioning transforms that could compete with browser zoom measurements. Connection endpoints now continuously follow the intentional card-preview transition instead.

Fixeb413396

Zoom-safe connection overlays

Bound both Floor Plan and Full Store connector overlays to their live container dimensions, eliminating line drift caused by browser zoom and responsive resizing.

Fix31949f86

Full Store connection stability

Rebuilt global-view connectors from the actual on-screen card and footprint boundaries, including browser zoom changes. Hovering a visual card now provides a smooth enlarged image preview.

Feature4f02a8dc

Warehouse and Store Venue groups

Floor Plan projects can now be categorised as Warehouse or Store Venue when created, changed from the venue menu, or moved by dragging between the two groups. The category is stored in the shared cloud workspace.

Designab0200c2

MOREFUN Space Planner identity

Renamed the product across its application surfaces and replaced the former K mark with the new MOREFUN M app mark, while retaining the established visual language.

Fix65faad50

Automatic legacy-code repair

Refined the global code migration into a deterministic SQL update: it preserves the earliest record in each duplicate group and allocates later records new sequential codes above the existing range.

Fixbff55b1a

Globally unique machine codes

Machine codes now belong to one physical unit across the entire shared workspace. The accompanying cloud migration automatically keeps the oldest duplicate and renumbers later legacy duplicates safely before enforcing the database rule.

Fix66eb154e

Automatic machine-code gaps

New venue machines now select the first unused M-number instead of relying on the current machine count, preventing duplicate codes after transfers or deletions.

Feature66a2a924

In-app Development Log

Added this top-navigation journal so shipped features, reliability fixes and design refinements remain visible inside the product.

Design035df6ef

Dark floor-plan brightness

Added a visual-only night overlay so bright floor-plan imagery is gentler to view, without changing uploaded image files.

Fix3088c2d0

Dark list readability

Lifted contrast for machine names, codes, dimensions and placed status in the dark machine library.

Featureb06bce97

Application Dark Mode

Added Light, Dark and System choices to both product headers. Preference stays in this browser only and never writes business data.

Fix09fdcf48

In-place machine attribute updates

Condition, sale and maintenance edits now update the selected record without reloading the full Machines list or losing scroll position.

Fixa3026f3d

Sticky Machines sidebars

Kept the Machines navigation and selected-machine panel visible while the central asset list scrolls.

Feature29b323c9

Machine-name hover labels

Hovering a machine on a floor plan now reveals a readable machine name above its footprint.

Fix864d938b

Visual connection alignment

Corrected the link between the map footprint and visual-card grid after fitted zoom changes.

Design2ca4f6bc

Designer credit refinement

Refined the compact Design by Barry The Flash treatment under the KOKO Arcade brand.

Design32491f75

Designer credit added

Added the requested designer credit beneath the product logo.

Fix07980dc2

Reliable fitted map scale

Standardised fitted floor plans at 50% and corrected zoom limits so plans can be reduced after zooming in.

Platform077769ff

Cloud-first state restoration

Changed navigation restoration so Supabase is authoritative for venues, machines, layouts, images and shipments.

Fix801dd1e3

Shared top navigation

Exposed Machines alongside Floor Plans in the shared application header.

Feature6269ac65

Machine assets and shipments

Introduced physical asset management, machine condition and maintenance fields, shipment workflow, receiving and allocation.

Fixc4cd1cf6

Stale project overwrite protection

Prevented a stale browser snapshot from deleting newer shared projects or layouts.

Fixc7cb823d

Cloud image-reference protection

Protected uploaded floor-plan and machine image URLs from stale clients overwriting newer cloud values.

Fix51509412

Floor plan survives hydration

Stopped the map from disappearing after a cloud refresh or project selection while placements still existed.

Designf1744bca

Application tab icon

Set the dedicated KOKO Arcade browser-tab icon without changing the wider Hirepilot icon.

Fixd1e02116

Machine library scrolling

Kept the venue machine library independently scrollable at browser zoom levels.

Designf1b98dd5

Connection rail simplification

Removed the redundant right-hand connection rail to give the map more working space.

Feature58aa5282

Copy machine action

Added a quick duplicate action from the machine menu so a matching physical unit can be created without re-entering details.

Fix2955a3dd

Cloud deletion synchronisation

Synchronised deletions for machines, layouts and buffers so deleted records no longer reappear after realtime updates.

Fix4513a12b

Deleted machine reconciliation

Reconciled local UI state when a machine is removed in the shared cloud workspace.

Fix351f0641

Stable layout identities

Preserved machine placement identity across devices so moving a buffered machine affects only that physical machine.

Platform9463b2a8

Realtime shared tables

Enabled realtime events for the shared workspace tables used by the pilot.

Feature782a96ab

Realtime floor-plan sharing

Added shared state updates for floor plans, machines, layouts and transfer buffers across devices.
